About me
Welcome, my name is Oliver (if you didn't already guess) and I am a cyber security student from the United Kingdom. I am very passionate about a wide range of subjects within technology from hardware design and construction to information security and compliance. This website will host details about projects I am conducting, a blog that will be updated monthly with interesting things happening in the world of tech, along with lots of other things! Education:
I have recently finished my Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security from De Montfort University in Leicester, earning a First Class with Honours. During my time at the university, I have gained extremely valuable expertise in various areas such as network security, cryptography, and compliance standards. Previously, I completed my Level 3 Advanced Technical Extended Diploma in Digital Technologies at Peterborough College, finishing with a Distinction.
Outside of tech:
Outside of technology I get involved in Airsoft skirmish activities across the United Kingdom, along with the occasional go-kart grand prix and flight lesson. Most of all though, I like getting out in nature and experiencing new things!
Certifications:
Along with this, I am a valid member of ISC2 due to achieving my CCsm, along with this I am soon taking my final test for my CISM. I also hold valid Microsoft Office Specialist, Advanced Circuit Repair Technician, Purple Team Specialist and Red Team Specialist certifications
